EMPLOYEE TRANSPORT

Get every employee to work on time, and home safely

For factories and offices that run staff buses. Plan pick-up routes for every shift, see each bus live, know who boarded, and make sure the last employee on the night drop got home.

✓ Shift routes and pick-up points    ✓ Boarding attendance    ✓ Night-drop safety

HOW A SHIFT RUNS

From the roster to the last drop-off

Routes, rosters, attendance and arrival alerts are part of Autonemo VMS Pro, the same system behind our school bus solution. Here's a shift, step by step.

Example pick-up route map with numbered pick-up points and times, and an employee phone alert that the bus is five minutes away

01 · Plan and alert

Routes built around where people live

Set pick-up points and times for each route and shift, and assign buses and drivers. Employees get told when their bus is a few minutes away, so nobody waits on the roadside at 6 am.

02 · Board

Know who got on the bus

Each employee taps a punch card or RFID card at the bus door, or the helper marks them on a tablet. HR sees who came, who missed the bus and who is still waiting, instead of guessing from the gate register.

03 · Drop safely

Night shifts, followed to the last stop

Security sees the night drop live, stop by stop. A panic button in the bus sends an alert with the location, and the trip record shows where the bus stopped and for how long.

04 · Report

Know what transport really costs

Trips, kilometres and on-time rate for every bus and route, each month. Use them to cut empty seats, merge routes and check what you pay.

RENTED BUSES?

Check the transport vendor's bill against what actually ran

Many factories and offices hire buses from a transport contractor and pay per trip or per month. Put a tracker in each hired bus and the trip report becomes your proof: how many trips ran, on which days, and whether each one reached every pick-up point.

WHO IT'S FOR

Factories, offices and round-the-clock workplaces

Women garment workers at sewing machines in a Bangladeshi factory

Garment and other factories

Hundreds of workers, shift changes at fixed times and buses coming in from Savar, Ashulia, Gazipur and Narayanganj. Every bus has to reach the gate before the shift bell.

Most used: shift rosters, boarding attendance, late alerts

Office towers along Gulshan Avenue in Dhaka

Corporate offices and banks

Pick-up buses for staff in Gulshan, Motijheel, Karwan Bazar and Uttara. Employees know when their bus is coming, and the admin team stops answering “where is the bus?” calls.

Most used: arrival alerts, live location, monthly cost reports

Night shifts

Hospitals, call centres and 24-hour sites

Nurses, agents and operators finishing late need a safe ride home. Security follows the night drop to the last stop, and a panic button in the bus raises an alert with the location.

Most used: night-drop tracking, panic button, dashcam

Questions

Employee transport questions

Do employees need to install anything?

No. Tracking runs on the GPS tracker in each bus. Arrival alerts and live bus location for employees are set up with your transport team.

How is boarding attendance recorded?

With a punch card, an RFID card or a tablet at the bus door, linked to each employee record. Boarding is logged for the morning and evening runs, and HR can see who missed the bus.

Can we track buses we hire from a transport vendor?

Yes. Fit a tracker in each hired bus and you get the same trip, kilometre and route reports, which you can check against the vendor's bill.

Is there a panic button?

Our BRTA-certified bus trackers support a wired or wireless panic button. When it is pressed, an alert with the live location goes to the people you choose.

Who can see employee location data?

Only the people your company authorises, such as the transport office, HR and security. The tracker reports where the bus is, not where each employee goes.

Do staff buses need BRTA GPS too?

BRTA's rule from 1 August 2026 covers public transport vehicles. Our bus trackers are BRTA-certified and Autonemo is an approved provider, so the same device works if the rule applies to your buses.

What does it cost?

Trackers are Tk 5,000 or Tk 7,000 per bus, one time, plus the monthly fee. Message us your number of buses, shifts and locations for a full price.
