Head of Sales and Partner Management
- Promoting company products to target customers both in private and public sectors for creating brand awareness and eventually generating sales.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Manage existing and potential customers through personal sales visits and building a strong relationship with them.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and must be sales-driven.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in GPS Tracking and Fleet Management Industry or any IT Service Industry.

- Answer queries, complaints or requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media in both Bengali and English languages.

Digital Marketer (Social Media Expert & SEO Sepcialist)
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos
- Manage and grow social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform SEO strategy
- ptimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for search engines
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, including traffic and conversion rates, and use data to inform strategy adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members, including content creators and designers, to develop and execute successful campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and SEO

Customer Support Specialist
- Provide quality service to the customer over the phone and online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
- Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
- Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.

(GPS Installation Engineer)
- মোটরবাইক, গাড়িতে জিপিএস ট্র্যাকিং ডিভাইস ইনস্টল করা
- সঠিক তথ্য রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং জিপিএস ট্র্যাকিং ডিভাইস ইনস্টলেশনের সাথে সংযুক্ত সমস্ত তথ্য – গাড়ির চেসিস নম্বর, প্লেট নম্বর, মেক, মডেল, রঙ, ট্র্যাকার আইএমইআই নম্বর, সিম কার্ড নম্বর, ইনস্টলেশনের তারিখ এবং স্থান সহ নির্ধারিত সুপারভাইজারকে জমা দেওয়া।
- ট্র্যাকিং ইউনিটগুলির সমস্যা নির্ণয়/মেরামত করা
