Every waste truck, every collection point, on one screen
See where every collection truck is, which bins and transfer stations it has cleared, how many trips it made to the landfill and how much fuel it used. Get an alert when a collection point is missed, fuel drops suddenly or a truck stops where it shouldn't.

How waste operators use it
Everyday problems in city waste collection, and what the data does about them.
Prove every transfer station was cleared
Each transfer station and roadside container is a geofence. The report shows which ones each truck visited, when and for how long, so an uncleared station is spotted the same morning, not after complaints.
Every visit recorded with time and location
Catch missed bins before residents call
Routes are checked against the planned collection points. If a truck passes a point without stopping, the ward supervisor gets an alert and can send it back.
Missed-point alerts sent to the supervisor
Count trips and loads to the landfill
Every entry to Aminbazar, Matuail or your own disposal site is logged as a trip. With load sensors fitted, each trip also shows how much the truck carried.
Trips and tonnes per truck, per day
What every truck reports
These come from the GPS tracker itself, on any truck, tipper, compactor or pickup.
GPS
Live location and route
Where each truck is now and the exact route it drove, replayed for any day.

One collection round, tracked from start to finish
A BRTA-certified tracker wired into each truck records the whole round. Fuel sensors, load sensors and dashcams add their data if fitted, and supervisors follow it live on the dashboard and app.
06:00
Leaves the depot
Ignition on and departure time are recorded, so late starts show up straight away.
07:10
Collection points
Every bin and container on the route is checked off as the truck stops. Points it drives past are flagged as missed.
09:05

Arrival, departure and waiting time at each transfer station, to find queues and long idling.
10:20
Landfill trip
Each entry to Aminbazar, Matuail or your own disposal site counts as a trip, with the load if a sensor is fitted.

Missed points, fuel theft and illegal dumping
Three problems every waste operator knows, and the alert that catches each one.
Know the same morning
When a truck passes a collection point without stopping, the alert names the point and the time, so the truck can go back before waste piles up on the road.
Alert in minutes not after complaints
Stop diesel going missing
A fuel sensor shows every litre. Sudden drops while a truck is parked at night are flagged with time and place, and refuels are checked against fuel slips.

Spot stops outside approved sites
Long stops away from transfer stations and the landfill are flagged, and dashcam video shows what happened, so waste ends up where it should.
Stops checked with video evidence

Why tracking matters in Bangladesh
Published figures on how much waste Dhaka's trucks move every day.
4,000 tonnes a day
Dhaka North City Corporation removes around 4,000 tonnes of waste from the city every day, using 180 to 200 vehicles.
180–200 trucks Dhaka Tribune
500+ trucks a day
More than 500 garbage trucks enter Aminbazar every day with 2,500 to 3,000 tonnes of waste. The site opened in 2007 and ran out of capacity in 2017.

3,200–3,500 tonnes a day
Around 3,200 to 3,500 tonnes of waste are generated every day in the Dhaka South City Corporation area, most of it taken to the Matuail landfill.

Waste management questions
Which trucks can you track?
Any waste vehicle with its own battery: container carriers, tippers, compactors, dump trucks and pickups. We fit a wired, BRTA-certified tracker and test it before handover.
How do you know if a collection point was cleared?
Each bin, container or transfer station is saved as a geofence. The report shows whether a truck stopped there, at what time and for how long.
Can I see fuel theft?
Yes, with a fuel sensor or a truck that reports fuel data. Sudden drops are flagged with time and place, and every refuel is recorded.
Can you measure how much waste each truck carries?
With load sensors fitted, each trip shows the load. Without them, you still get trip counts to the landfill for every truck.
Do you track the cleaners as well?
Cleaners and drivers can check in on the field-staff app for attendance and tasks. The trucks themselves are tracked by the GPS device.
Can supervisors use it on their phones?
Yes. Routes, collection points, trips and alerts are on the web dashboard and the mobile app.
How much does it cost?
The BRTA Certified Standard GPS Tracker is Tk 7,000 per truck, one time, plus the monthly fee. Fuel sensors, load sensors and dashcams are extra. Message us on WhatsApp with your fleet for a price.
