If any Autonemo GPS customer has 1 1-month overdue Invoice or Expired devices, Autonemo GPS will temporarily suspend the device from the platform and the associated sim card until the next payment.
Customers can also suspend their specific devices for a specific time by providing prior notice to Autonemo GPS through our Hotline: +8809606882288.
Suspension refers to temporary stop service for a specific vehicle/device.
A one-time Charge is Applicable for Re-Activating the service including reconnection to the tracking platform and reactivation of the sim card.
