Vivasoft Limited built the PiHR app as a free app. This Service is provided by Vivasoft Limited at no cost and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Contacts, Cell locations, Storage, and Camera Access. The information that we request is will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. For providing some services App needs permissions around your mobile devices, like Camera Access and Storage Access to provide Check-In/Out features, Location Access to provide Employee Attendance In/Out purpose. Chatting and Employee Directory features need to Access Contacts information. While creating remote sign-in, we are collecting cell location information for better services and management satisfaction. We are not listening to your locations now and then if you are not using our tracking services.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect some of your device information (through third-party products). This Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, model, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics
