Job Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Execution:

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs effectively.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to foster collaboration and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base in the region.
Presentations and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Sales Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, adjusting strategies as necessary.
