Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to the customer over the phone and online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
- Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
- Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, as well as to network and find new business opportunities.
- The ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- The ability to identify and solve problems that may arise in the sales process.
- Guiding and leading the sales territory executives, sales planning and monitoring trade and corporate sales.
- Coordinating with the division's head to obtain the necessary support.
- Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics.
- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
- Must be good at Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
