Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to the customer over the phone and online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
- Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
- Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
- Serve customers through digital channel with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. In this way enhance Autonemo brand image.
- Maintaining high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
Requirements
- Ongoing university students (Bachelors / Masters) encouraged to apply
- Should have the mind to work in shifting basis (9 hours shift)
- Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali
- Proficient in typing is must (English & Bengali)
- Should have computer knowledge in MS Office.
- Should have habit to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without compromising quality.
